At Humble Bags, all of our products are handmade and hence slight variations between products in regards to the exact size, texture, colour, etc can occur. We do not consider these small inconsistencies to be errors but rather the beauty and charm of small batch handmade goods. We assume that by choosing to purchase our products, you too understand this reality and appreciate the unique characteristics of items made by hand.

In cases where there is no problem with the product, but rather that you have changed your mind upon receiving the item, we do accept returns but on an exchange or store credit basis only. So long as the the item has not been used or damaged and meets our standards upon return, we will notify you of our acceptance and coordinate the exchange or credit.
